This role requires someone who has experience in managing the bookkeeping, finance, reporting for a large organization.  This is a contract role with a period 9-12 months.  Company has existing finance team and CFO and are looking for a controller to mananage the Accounting and Finance Function.

Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
  • Identify process improvements and implement financial controls
  • Support management with financial analysis and reporting
  • Ensure timely closing of books and accurate reporting

    • Skills:

  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance
  • Prior experience in a similar contract or leadership role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
